RTO DELIVERY: All enrolment paperwork, training and assessment is conducted by Adapt with no administrative or teaching burdens placed on school staff. The course is generally delivered 4 days per term over one year. Other options may include delivery over 6 months, delivery over exam block, built into timetable, etc.
PARTNERED DELIVERY: Schools wanting to deliver the qualification to a large cohort may seek a partnering arrangement. This involves the school delivering Adapt’s quality program and utilising our online system with an approved “in-house” teacher conducting all of the training and assessment. Ongoing administrative support and professional development of the nominated trainer is inclusive in this option.
SHARED DELIVERY: The school and RTO share delivery and assessment responsibilities. For example, Adapt Education may deliver key sessions on campus and be responsible for all assessment marking to reduce the burden on school staff however an approved “in-house” teacher may be responsible for day-to-day delivery and support. Minimum group numbers apply for this mode.
