Course Code: BSB42015
Are you an emerging leader in your organisation? You may have existing qualifications and technical expertise in your field, but this does not necessarily make you a good leader. In this qualification the focus is on providing leadership and guidance to others and taking responsibility for the effective functioning and performance of a team and its work outcomes. Previously known as the Frontline Management course, this qualification is suitable if you take the first line of management in any organisation/industry and are wanting to further develop your management and leadership skills.
Our self-paced study mode means that you can progress at a pace that is comfortable for you without the stress of assessment due dates and rigid class timetables.
All training, assessment and student services for this course are offered by Adapt Education (RTO# 32452). We do not act as a broker and no aspect of your enrolment will be outsourced to another organisation.
