Certificate IV in Leadership and Management

Are you an emerging leader in your organisation? You may have existing qualifications and technical expertise in your field, but this does not necessarily make you a good leader. In this qualification the focus is on providing leadership and guidance to others and taking responsibility for the effective functioning and performance of a team and its work outcomes. Previously known as the Frontline Management course, this qualification is suitable if you take the first line of management in any organisation/industry and are wanting to further develop your management and leadership skills.

Our self-paced study mode means that you can progress at a pace that is comfortable for you without the stress of assessment due dates and rigid class timetables.

  • Nationally Recognised? Yes
  • Who can enrol? Students in all States and Territories of Australia
  • Trainer Support? Unlimited

COVID-19 UPDATE: This course requires that you already be working in a role that involves coordinating work tasks and others. Course delivery is not impacted by COVID-19. All online and correspondence mode students can continue to study with full support provided by the Adapt Education team.
